PROCESS ANALYZER NIR-ONLINE BUCHI

NIR-Online® BUCHI solutions enable continuous monitoring of key parameters such as acidity, humidity, color (red / yellow), phosphorus or iodine content at each stage of the process. Innovative Multipoint heads provide the most economical and efficient way to monitor strategic points in the process.

BRPROCESS SUPPORT

brprocess participates in the calibration startup, for five days, the most critical period for data acquisition.
Brprocess’s process engineers can even perform simpler analyzes such as acidity, humidity, soaps, etc., accelerating the filling of the calibration curve without overloading the laboratory. The calibration sequence is performed remotely via software with the support of Buchi technicians in Valinhos-SP.

TWO-CHANNEL OPTEK ABSORBING SENSOR

It is a highly accurate color sensor used for color measurement and color changes in various industries. The sensor is designed for in-line operation and provides outstanding reproducibility, linearity, resolution and accurate concentration measurement values.
The modular design offers a high degree of adaptability to the various requirements of the process. Options include electropolished sensor bodies, hazardous locations (explosion proof), and chemical resistant materials (windows of sapphire, titanium, Hastelloy, etc.) as well as models for high temperatures and high pressures .

Neutralization

NIR 01: Crude oil (or degummed)

Bleaching

 Aqueous Degumming

  • Systems can be installed to control the phosphorus at the exit of refined oil, or loss of oil in the gums.
  • Every 5% oil in the gums unless it can be controlled by automatic adjustment of the centrifuge interface (insoluble in acetone) equals 0.1% of additional losses that can be saved.
  • Each 50 ppm of phosphorus delivered “free” to the customer equals 0.15% of losses (+ 33% of drag) = 0.2% of additional losses that can be saved by keeping the oil always within specification limit, eg , 200 ppm.
  • Enzymatic degumming processes with PLC – possibility of enzyme control from measurement of variation of diglycerides.
